Elegibility

It is important to note that in order to continue to receive services at discounted rates and remain eligible for the Telstra Anglican Plan you must be directly billed by Telstra for access and local calls and your STD??? fixed telephone to mobile calls and International Direct??? calls, must be preselected to Telstra.

If you are not already preselected to Telstra, you can obtain the relevant Authority to Transfer to Telstra form to preselect services by:

Account Tiers

Telstra will allocate you to a tier for the purposes of your fixed line services discounts, based on your yearly gross spend before discounts are applied including GST on fixed line services as follows:
    • Tier 1: less than $11,000
    • Tier 2: $11,000 to $82,500
    • Tier 3: more than $82,500

Telstra will also allocate you to a Tier for the purposes of mobile services discounts, based on the number of mobile services you have in operation on an Account and the average call spend per service.




Charity Rate

To obtain the Charity Business Service rate Anglican Church institutions need to provide Telstra with the relevant current certificate from the Australian Taxation Office (as required by Telstra) affirming its charitable status, if this certificate has not already been previously provided.

Call the Telstra Anglican Church Team and request to join the plan. In many cases, as an Anglican Organisation or Agency, you may already be on the plan. Just check with the Telstra church team if in doubt.

Provide the Telstra church team with all the accounts you want included under the plan and if required, your charitable status and authority to transfer carrier form.

Remember to ask the Telstra church team about combining accounts onto one bill. You could save more under the plan and make managing your bills easier.
