PRAYER FOR GENERAL SYNOD
Fifteenth General Synod of the Anglican Church of Australia
18-23 September 2010
God our Father, source of wisdom and love.
give a spirit of wisdom and graciousness
to the members of the General Synod of our Church.
Teach them in all things to seek first
your honour and glory.
May they perceive what is right,
have the courage to pursue it
and the grace to accomplish it.
May they make wise decisions
that bring honour to you
and blessing to all people.
Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen.
